COVID-19 Measures

Dear Reliant Family,

We are truly living in unprecedented times! While we all try to navigate our way safely around COVID-19, we at Reliant assure you that we remain committed to offering you and your families the quality and excellent services you deserve. We realize the new challenges that result from the COVID-19 pandemic and continue to work diligently towards addressing them as much as we can to ensure our patients continue to live functional and independent lives.

To ensure your safety, that of our staff and all families, we have developed company-wide protocols and policies following the guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local health agencies and authorities. We have since educated our staff and implemented these protocols and policies to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. As much as we would love to, please know that we make no guarantees that you and/or your loved one(s) will not be exposed to COVID-19 while receiving services from us during this time.

We shall remain attentive to updates and/or changes as they are proposed by the CDC, local health agencies and authorities. We shall in turn communicate and implement these updates on an as needed basis.
